APARTMENT POLICY
Dear Guests!
Our aim is to make your stay a pleasant one, so we try to create the best conditions so that nothing disturbs your peace of mind. If you have any problems, please let us know!
Please note that by using the apartment, you acknowledge and accept the terms of the apartment’s house rules, and undertake to comply with them and accept responsibility for any damage caused by non-compliance.
The policy applies to all guests staying in the apartment.

Check in / Check out:
The apartment is available from 14:00 on the day of arrival until 10:00 on the day of departure. Arrival is at the guests’ own discretion and departure is possible in the presence of the owner or his representative between 8:00 and 10:00 on the day of departure. On request, a personal presence will be provided on arrival.
The above times are subject to change by prior arrangement (early arrival, late departure at extra charge, subject to availability.)
Lakeside Luxury Apartment is located on the 1st floor of the apartment building. The apartment and the key to the apartment building are in a numbered key safe on the wall next to the entrance to the apartment.
Upon arrival, all our guests’ valid official documents (ID card, driving licence or passport) must be scanned into the National Tourist Information Centre’s VENDÉGEM accommodation management software. If the document is not scanned, we will not be able to offer you the accommodation. For this reason, it is necessary to send these documents electronically the day before arrival to sara.herczeg@gmail.com or to +36307283058.
The code for the main entrance door of the apartment house and the key safe will only be sent to you by e-mail, SMS or as requested.
Apartment use:
Our apartment is self-catering, we cannot provide meals. Generally provided: toilet paper, liquid soap, dishwashing liquid, dishwashing sponge, kitchen towel, dishwashing tablets, basic spices, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, hairdryer, iron, bed linen, towels, bathroom hand towel. During your stay, you will be able to replenish your needs.
Parking: a parking lot is provided free of charge for guests in front of the apartment house.
Pets: Pets are not allowed.
Liability: No liability is accepted for personal valuables brought into the apartment. Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings and valuables, this responsibility does not rest with the owner. A digital furniture safe is available in the apartment.
Smoking: Smoking and open flame use in the entire apartment is FORBIDDEN! Guests are therefore kindly requested to smoke only in the designated areas, on the balcony or in front of the apartment building. The apartment is equipped with smoke detectors. When you are alerted, please make sure that there is a fire. In case of fire, call the fire brigade on 105. In case of accident or sickness, the emergency number is 112.
Cleaning: guests will receive the apartment clean and are responsible for keeping it clean and tidy during their stay and for ensuring that the apartment is in the same condition on departure as on arrival. For longer stays in the apartment house, bed linen and towels are changed once a week. Occasional cleaning is available on request, at an extra charge.
In order to maintain the condition, tidiness and cleanliness of the accommodation and its furnishings, please refrain from any activity that you would not do in your own home.
Please do not eat in the rooms. Please do this only in the kitchen and dining room. Insect free only by opening the windows with mosquito nets. Please close windows when using air conditioning.
After using the kitchen, please leave the utensils and equipment clean, and please place the daily garbage and food waste in the garbage bin in front of the house in accordance with the health regulations.
When leaving the apartment, always turn off the water, lights, air conditioning and close windows and patio doors. The front door of the apartment building must always be kept closed, but never locked with a key, otherwise guests arriving in other apartments without a key will not be able to enter the apartment building.
Guests receive 1 apartment key and 1 apartment house key upon arrival. In case of loss of the keys, the guest is obliged to report it immediately and to reimburse the costs (unlocking the door, changing the lock, etc.).
Please refrain from behaviour and activities that disturb the peace and quiet of others in the apartment and in the common areas of the condominium, regardless of the time of day. The landlord reserves the right not to accept or to immediately remove from the accommodation any guests who behave in a disorderly manner and do not respect the rules of the house.
Free WiFi is available in the apartment. The information booklet in the apartment contains, among other things, the password.
